This is a perfect shoe for indoor pickleball. I don’t know about outdoor as I haven’t played outdoors with them. They are just a tiny, tiny bit more narrow in the toe box than some of my other ASICS but not enough to make a difference for me. A lot of reviews said to size up, but I ordered my usual size and they fit perfect. I have never had a problem with ASICS sizing. I always order true to size and have never had an issue. These are perfect. No break in time required for me. They grip and I can move side to side, run forward with no issues. These will be my new go to for pickleball shoes. So comfortable. The only issue I would have, as in some other reviews, is the shoe laces are a little short, but they stayed tied and I don’t have any issues with the laces loosening during my court time, which I usually have a problem with.     • Good for indoor pickleball
I ordered the Sketcher shoes first, but they were too wide for me in the toe box. (I have a slender foot, but I don't wear a narrow) These seemed too tight at first, but I kept wearing them and worked with how loose to tie them, and now they feel great! They have good traction for moving around and they aren't slick or sticky on the indoor court. I recommend them. ... show more

I love ASICS for running shoes. I used to wear ASICS volleyball and cheer shoes when I was younger. Unfortunately these don’t fit me at all. I normally wear an 8 or 8.5 in ASICS. These are way too tight at the top of my foot. They are quite stiff. Good price, cute style. Not much arch support. They do seem like they would hold up well, but returning these.
