Wore these for a 5k and got a PR!! They really did help me run faster and felt comfortable the whole time. I almost prefer these to my HOKA shoes as I feel they are too bulky and trip me up at times. A nice low profile running shoe with a great carbon plate to keep me going!!

These are not good for my Hallux Rigidus. The Glideriders are perfect for my Hallux Rigidus. I thought I would give these a shot, but these unfortunately caused pain.
