I have been wearing nimbus even numbers since the 12s. I don’t do well with odd nimbus years because they are too narrow in the toe box. The 18s for me, were the mother load. They were finally perfect! Got great reviews, everyone seemed to love them. So what does Asics do? Make them worse and worse with the new generations. The 19s and 20s were a complete train wreck. Nothing in comfort compared to the older styles. The 21 were slightly better, minus the horrible to box. I’m excited! I hear ASIC is going back to the old style Nimbus for 22! Unless you have flat Fred Flinstone feet, these are just absolutely horrible. Nimbus has always been a neutral shoe, but my Old Navy flip flops have more support at this point. Had them on for an hour around the house and my feet hurt so bad. No arch support, no nothing. They are a little more cushioned then previous train wrecks, but with literally no arch support what’s the point. I’m done with this company and shoe. They just keep making it worse and worse, when the shoe was already perfected in previous models. I have one pair of 18s left I have to savor. I bought 6 pairs. It’s like I knew they would be the end of a once great shoe.

Finally found relief from heel pain (plantar fasciitis). This shoe is very supportive around the arch and provides the perfect amount of cushion under the heel. True to size with plenty of space for toes to lay completely flat. Just wish they offered additional colors/patterns.

These were "meh". I've bought numerous ascics as I am a nurse on my feet 12 hour shifts. These are like a month old and already breaking down. I'm not nearly as impressed with these as my old nimbus shoes.

Asics are my shoe- have been for years and years- as a true Neutral, these Gel-Nimbus 22's are seriously the BOMB! I'm not even new to Nimbus and these are somehow so different to me, in the very best way. As a Neutral runner, I think it's hard to find a shoe that doesn't tweak my pronation in some way or another, and boy I certainly feel even the slightest degree of adjustment. These particular Gel-Nimbus, are true neutrals and my feet are so happy to be left alone... and so are my knees and ankles too!! Love these shoes guys.

Highly recommend. The best nimbus since nimbus15. Toe box is improved. Not tight as the previous nimbus' . They are so comfortable to run with them. I will purchase another pair.

FINALLLLYYY, Asics is back. These are the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever owned. I’m an 8, was worried about the size because of recent years’ models being too small. The 8 Regular width worked for me!!! Literally feel like my feet are being massaged every time I put these on. Deep heel cup is super sturdy & helps with ankle stability. I’m a heel-striker & these have been dampening my shin pain and low-back fatigue. Rose gold color is nice, too...subtle & classy, matches almost everything I own.

Still has that soft cushion as expected from the nimbus. I dont recommend the 21. I ended up returning them and getting the latest version, which is the 22. I love the 22.

I usually wear a size 7 and purchased 7.5 which didn’t make much of a difference. The shoes are soooo cute. I own a lot of Asic Nimbus because of the comfort and this one isn’t so comfortable. My feet were aching after being in them for 4hrs. I’m not sure how long it will take to break them in. I never actually had to break in any shoes worth ASICS. I’m confused about this. Sad I paid around $160 for them.
