All I can say is, “Wow!” After years of buying and trying name-brand shoes that made my feet hurt from standing or even walking around the mall, I knew it was time for an upgrade. These shoes did NOT disappoint! Pros: -Extremely supportive: I often experience heel pain when standing for a prolonged period of time, but these shoes provide great support and just enough cushion. I am able to stand on my feet comfortably! -Great walking shoe: When I take a step, the shoes have a bouncy, “gliding” effect that makes taking a stride forward super comfortable. As a result, I don’t feel pain or pressure when I take a step. I have also gone for 3+ mile walks in the shoes with little to no discomfort. I can’t wait to try running in these! -Fit: These shoes are true to size. They fit securely around my foot without feeling too tight or narrow. I also love the heel tab that allows me to slip the shoes on quickly and with ease. Cons: -Expensive. Though I think they’re absolutely worth the price, these shoes are pricy. -Socks slide down: I wear ankle socks, and my socks often slide down my feet when I walk. I’ve never had this issue with other tennis shoes before, and I don’t think it’s a dealbreaker, but I do need to buy some new socks! ... show more

I’ve been wearing the Asics Women's Gel-Kayano 31 Running Shoes for a while now, and they’ve genuinely made a difference in how my feet feel every day. I struggle with a plantar fibroma that often causes uncomfortable pressure and pain across the bottom of my foot. Since switching to these shoes, the cushioning and support have noticeably eased that discomfort. What I love most about them is how lightweight and soft they feel underfoot — it’s almost like walking on clouds, yet they still provide enough structure to protect my heel and arch. The plush midsole absorbs impact really well, which means I can walk longer and stay on my feet without the sharp pain I used to get from walking or standing for extended periods. Many people with plantar fasciitis and other foot issues also praise this model for its comfort and supportive ride. These shoes have become my go-to for everyday errands, travel, and longer walks because they give me reliable relief while still feeling light and nimble. I'm a daily walker (streets and sidewalk) and occasional runner. My husband (a runner) recommended these to me, and although I was hesitant to spending that much on a pair of shoes, I have to say that they are extremely comfortable, they offer great support and my foot feels snug yet contained. They have a taller sole than my previous NB shoes have, and that was strange at first, but after using them for one day, that no longer bothered me. I got the orange and white and they look pretty neat. I haven't washed them yet but might post a review update when I do. Pros: - lightweight - room in the toebox (I always order a size up for running shoes) - laces don't slide/become undone and stay put - no heel slip - good arch support - great sense of balance/stability - soft yet durable materials (so far) - good traction on sole - aesthetically pleasing Cons - price (if you're on a budget - I got mine on sale on a Prime day) - white fabric may not stay white - shipping took 10 days (would have like to have them sooner, but that was ok) I really really like them and would recommend them to anyone who is undecided or on the fence, I don't think you'll regret it. ... show more

I love this shoes for comfort and improvement of my plantar fasciitis. If you think the toe box is not narrow, it is. I should’ve ordered a wide though. The other pair I wear in an aSUV’s are not wide. When I wear these, I have to wear a cushion pad between two of my toes because it squashes my toes together and it is forcing my toes to curve inward, causing other issues. ... show more

I've been wearing these for a while now. I absolutely love them. I hot the white ones, so they do get dirty quickly. But, that's a given. I wore them for about 2 weeks while traveling in Europe, walking 5-7 miles a day. They were great. They do have some arch support but it wasn't so strong it hurt my feet. Just enough to give a little support. I will say the toe box it quite small. If you need more room towards the front of your door or if you just have wide feet, they may be uncomfortable. I did get a few blisters while in Europe, but I haven't gotten any with just regular daily wear. Overall, they are great shoes ... show more
