Podiatrist recommended I get a motion control running shoe for my plantar faciatis. Went to shoe store and associate brought me these Asics 30 ikayano gel shoes and a pair of 31 also. I got both pair. These are awesome. I walk on concrete and feet were killing me. Not a cure or instant relief but did help from day 1 of wearing them. Within a month or so my foot pain was no longer ruling my life. I was able to work a whole shift without limping. These are the only shoes I wear now and I have 3 pair and am buying more. I also use icy hot with lanacane every night on my feet. These shoes are really great buy them. They are true to size. .

Ugh they are like walking on clouds! I have flat feet and Sinus Tarsi Syndrome and these are an absolute game changer. I have been shoe shopping forever and I finally found the holy grail for my foot. I also have skinny ankles but these have no slippage. They are light weight, have great arch support and correct my ankle position. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is my all time favorite running shoe for stability and comfort. It is true to size. Does not require a lot of breaking into. I’ve had previous versions of this shoe that I really like as well. There is a good amount of cushion without compromising the stability of the ankle/foot. Moderate arch. Wide toe box. The only thing that I’m not a huge fan of is the hard material protecting the toe box. It doesn’t affect the function but sometimes creates a line when it’s dirty in that area.

So very comfortable and true to size. I used to only buy Brooks or Saucony sneakers until I tried the ASICS Gel Kayano. I will never buy another brand. I have flat feet and these are perfect for walking, running, exercising etc. I walked Universal Studios all day and at the end of it all I had no pain!

Based on my previous experience with ASIC, I expected these to be a little bit short, so I ordered one size up in X-wide. The length and width are perfect, but the front of the shoe is tapered, and is a little too tight on my little toes. They also look very large on my feet, because the soles are made to stick out, sort of like snow shoes. But they are like walking on a cloud. Great for traveling.

Gel kayano 30 is a staple for me. Cushy and springy and fits my narrow foot perfectly. I have several pairs. Get it while you can / they are up to the next model which is not that different Big change from the 29 to the 30 - more cushioning and bigger sole.

Great tennis shoes. The heel box feels a bit large to me but the shoes are made well and your feet are stable in them. I walk regularly and these are light weight and don’t hurt my feet.

I needed a sturdier shoe due to my foot going to the outside of my shoes. These shoes gave me the support I needed, but do not have a lot of bend to them. I ordered a wide width, and they fit my feet well. Unfortunately, there is not enough room to put any type of support inside the shoe. They look good, and I get compliments on them. Hopefully, my foot will adjust to them as I use them. The quality of the shoe seems to be good.
