The responsive and robust Amplifoam midsole ensures a comfortable fit. Combined with the gel cushioning, these properties offer great comfort and endurance readiness. A Guidance Line technology allows the foot a more natural and even running movement as well as more stability.

I took one star off because the rubber heel makes a sound on my wood floors as if the soles were made of plastic. This never happened with my other Asics sneakers. Other than that I'm happy with my purchase.

Have bn an Asics wearer for over 30 yrs. Have a pair of Excite 7 that need replacing. LOVE the look of these but they r narrower than the 7. Will b returning. Also as some reviews have stated, the shoelaces r too short.

I like Asics best because of the arch support I wear these to work everyday and they hold up great and protect my feet from feeling sore by the end of the day. I definitely recommend these shoes to others . You'll be amazed at how comfortable they are and look great too.
