I love these shoes. I have neuropathy in my feet and legs and these shoes help cushion the discomfort and provide support. I can go on walks with these shoes and my step feels more energized. I usually wear a 9 but I got these in a 10 since sneakers usually run small and the 10 is perfect. I love the subtle colors and the shape of the shoes. Even though they provide lots of stability and support, they don’t look like big boxy orthopedic shoes. I feel good in them and I think they look good too. I went from couch potato to 4 days a week runner ( 4+ miles per route) and I love my asics. They've held up well. Use them on trail, treadmill, and pavement. Decent amount of support, I've had issues with my knee and heels and the cushion is adequate. I will be purchasing again. Love the bright color also ! ... show more

PROS: So far very happy with these. I feel like they will be very supportive, & have a thick soft sole. Bought inserts w/ semi solid arch support, which made the right shoe fit better/ not feel a little tight on my long toes:). They were out of 12W so I bought a 12. I have long narrow feet, am tall-my toes spread out slightly, but this toebox seems wide enough. It’s my 3rd style of ASICS in recent years. Love the slightly more solid fabric for the larger toebox…so it probably won’t squish up much/look wrinkled. CON: I do wish there was a ‘recommended’ natural product to treat it with, to keep the lighter blue color clean easier (especially the mesh/toes. Wore a few hours on the beach, part of the sand was a bit damp, the result is the toes look a bit dirty (photo.) Will use laundry stain spray to clean them. I read there are a few versions of ASICS that are easier to keep clean. ... show more

These shoes are comfortable and true to size. They are a little thicker almost a slight platform which I was nervous about but it is not that high and it actually makes it really great and comfortable walking shoe. I feel really stable and think these could be really versatile shoes for running walking or workouts. Bought these for my wife after her last pair of ASICS wore out. She loves them....says this brand fit her feet better than any others she has tried. I looked at buying these from the ASICS website.     • Plantar Fasciitis?

I have always either had ASICS running shoes or Nikes. I bought these because I am a heel-to-toe runner and these have deep heel drop. However, that being said, there isn't enough of an arch support or cushioning in the heel area for runners like me. (I have been a runner since around 1983.) I used to do hill running and didn't require so much cushion in the heel area but I am now back to flat road running and need that extra cushion. While the heel drop is sufficient, there just isn't enough padding for my heel strike and without enough arch support, the heel drop flattens out my arch too much. Yesterday, after my run, I could feel pain near my left heel just behind my arch (plantar faciitis?). Today, I didn't run because the pain is still there but not as sharp. These are nice shoes if you walk or stand a lot but not for heel-to-toe runners like me. I will keep them just for an extra pair of walking shoes. The fit was spot on (7.5 size). They are lightweight and seem to be pretty flexible (would have to be because of the type of runner I am). These are just not made with enough arch support or cushioning. ... show more
