The media could not be loaded. I absolutely love these tennis shoes! The bright pink color is even better in person—fun, vibrant, and a real eye-catcher. But what really makes me obsessed with them is the comfort. From the very first wear, they felt supportive and cushioned, with no break-in period needed. The fit is true to size, hugs my feet just right, and gives plenty of support for walking or all-day wear. They’re lightweight, breathable, and stylish enough to wear casually while still giving me the performance I want when I’m active. I just like the Cumulus best of an Asics shoe I've tried. It does have a "drop" from the heel to the toe, which was a bit of an adjustment at first but I found it to be really helpful to my legs. I have chronically painful hamstrings from long distance running and the way these fit takes the pressure off those sore hamstrings. I always size up at least one full size in running shoes (of every brand!). This is my second pair of Cumulus, and I tried sizing up 1 1/2 sizes this time! I find I'm catching my toe a bit but they feel great on my feet, my toes were getting some calluses from rubbing, especially my smaller middle toes from the angle of the shoe on the outside. Hopefully I don't trip on the bigger size but I think I'm adjusting. So, definitely size up at least one full size! I have also tried the Gel Nimbus but don't feel like the gel has as much give, and the Nimbus are heavier.

This review is for Gel Cumulus 26 No wonder these are named after a cloud, because they are like walking on clouds! Ok, if you are like me and have worn Gel Nimbus 25 for a while and then tried the 26 and it was not the same and waited for 27 and it got worse and you are searching for something like the GN25, this is it! (I don’t know about the 27) but the GC26 are a great, cloud like, supportive with just a bit wider toe box which at first I didn’t know if I liked but it is very comfortable, these feel very lightweight and at $109 are well worth it! So I’m writing this to help other GN25 fans find a good comparison. I also noticed a spring in my step….like they were pushing me forward, not sure if that was the shoe or my inner “natural born walker” I use these to go on daily long, 5-6 mile walks on a paved trail. Get them, you can return, but I don’t think you will.

I’ve been a loyal Cumulus wearer for years, and the 26 is definitely the plushest version yet. The new foam feels incredibly soft underfoot—it’s like walking on clouds, which has been great for my joints on longer road runs. They’re surprisingly lightweight for how much cushion you get, and the transition from heel to toe feels really smooth. The only reason I’m giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is that the fit feels a bit narrower in the midfoot compared to the 25s. I also noticed the outsole grip is a little different; it works perfectly on dry pavement, but it can feel a bit slick on wet surfaces. Overall, it’s a fantastic, high-quality trainer, just maybe consider sizing up if you have a wider foot!

I’ve been buying this brand and style for years! It’s super comfortable, provides great stability and fits my foot perfectly for running. I do size up when buying running shoes. This shoe has plenty of room in the toe box so your toes and cramped and squished while you run which gives you greater stability. The shoe is also not too heavy so it’s comfortable on a long run.

Love this shoe!!! Very comfortable and lightweight. Perfect fit and has great arch support. The toe box is roomy which I require. I have worn Asics shoes for over twenty years and this is my favorite.

While the ASICS cumulus running shoe is a good comfortable shoe, this color was very misleading. The picture shows it as a light magenta and it is really a dark and kind of unattractive dark magenta.
