This is my second pair of Asics Gel Contend shoes. Due to foot issues, I need a larger toe box. This shoe works well and is very comfortable. I love the color, and the laces are sturdy and stay tied. I normally wear a 9,5 shoe, but because of a right foot bunion I ordered the 10.5 and can wear with sock liners. This allows me to walk 4 or 5 miles daily, at age 77 years.. Great product. I also wear HOKA shoes for hiking and walking, but these are much less expensive. Good quality for the price! ... show more

My usual size for sports shoes or sneakers is 7.5. I ordered size 8 since 7.5 was out of stock. Glad I ordered size 8 because 7.5 would have been small for me. With size 8, the width and length is just right. When I'm using thick socks it's a bit tight, but not to the point of being uncomfortable. These are great sneakers orthopedic I'm using them in my home for my exercises and so far they're wonderful the color is exactly as described no blisters today slip resistant very durable very comfortable and if you have a high arch like me these will make you feel great like I said so far I've only used them at home but they are the best sneakers that I've gotten from Amazon so far and I recommend them especially if you have issues with a high arch I hope this helps you. ... show more
