I had a pair of ASICS Contend 7 and loved them so when they wore out, I replaced them with the Contend 8. I like them just as much as the Contend 7. They are lightweight and supportive. I have bought these shoes for years they are very comfortable for every day use, not good for long term standing though I use to wear them when I worked retail and ended up with Plantar Fasciitis, not the manufacturers fault in any way just be aware they are not for standing in a long time.
