There is only one loop on the tongue for the shoe strings to go through in order to hold the tongue in place when wearing. I have had issues with wearing sneakers the past few years. Big toe problem on my right foot. Bought this style of Asics in a shoe store. They were wonderful for my foot issue. Only sold one color. Found them on here and have ordered 2 different colors.

This shoe is for underpronators or “high arched feet” and narrow feet. That said, if you do have high arched narrow feet, you will be painless. Relieves pressure from lateral/outer aspect of foot. Great for neuroma sufferers. No break in period required

Gel insoles are very comforting to my feet and I have foot issues. I have plantar fasciitis, my feet get strained when working out and I have heel pain. Lots of cushion so walking/running/jogging is comfortable. I did a 15k in the shoes and my feet and legs felt great. Would buy again. And I love the colors on this one! Almost want to get 2 pair.😁

I got my shoes... I almost love them, they are SOO soft and bendable! I need really thick soft soles to help with my back. So I was happy to see how soft they were. They are also soo stretchable when you move your toes, kinda like a sock. BUT the heel is very short! So it feels like my foot is about to pop out with every move :( They are shallow! I have never seen shallow shoes, so I wasn't expecting it. I also think they were a return which makes me furious when I am paying for new. They were clean with oringinal tags, but the shoes did not have the stretchy elastic that ties them together in the store. One was also untied and the other was tied as you see in stores. Also they did not arrive in the brands shoebox. They were just in a plain shipping box intended for shoes. They also had no paper in the toe... But they also don't need it since the material is stretchy not firm. ... show more
