The NOVABLAST 4 running shoe features a new midsole and outsole geometry. A tongue wing construction in the upper helps improve the fit while reducing tongue movement. It's complemented with an engineered woven upper that offers more stretch, ventilation, and durability. FF BLAST PLUS ECO cushioning is made with recycled bio content. This material helps create softer landings and a more energized toe-off during your training. The heel stabilizer helps support the foot and create a more balanced stride. The sock liner is produced with the solution dyeing process that reduces water usage and carbon emissions; compared to the conventional dyeing technology. Reflective details help improve visibility in low-light settings. AHAR outsole improves durability. Heel-to-Toe Drop: 8mm

I've always been the kind to buy cheap shoes and just replace them every year or two. I've only had these for two months, but I love running with them. The tongue/top is comfortable, and the shoe is overall cushioned well, but it still gives enough spring with each step.
