I am very impressed with these shoes so far. I will note that they run a little small and I had to go up a half size. They offer good support and cushioning, and are great for walking and the gym. I hope they hold up as my previous Aspics. Thumbs up.

    • Very good all around cross trainer type shoe
I had a earlier model of this shoe and they were a little tight and also had some channels in the soles that let rocks penetrate through and hurt my feet, but they were comfortable and I liked the shoes overall. I bought this pair a half size larger and because it has a solid sole. They are very comfortable and I even wear them more casually. My only complaint so far is when I work out in them, my foot slips some inside the shoe. They don't feel too large otherwise and fit well, but I can feel my foot slipping when I wear them to row in. I'm still very pleased and will probably get another pair, but I rated them 4 stars because of this. ... show more

I wanted decent running*shoes for Neighbourhood walks, daily use and a little bit of bike riding. These shoes fit the bill perfectly. They have great support, are comfortable, they look cool and are great value for the money. They seem durable and when they wear out, I’ll buy them again.

Love the wide sizes. Light weight, comfortable, feels great. Think these are my fourth pair of ASICS Gel Venture, and I’m sure they won’t be my last. They last a couple of years for me before I wear through them.

Size: 12 Color: Black/Black/Green
These are some very good running shoes. A tad bit heavy, but durable. It's a good fit because I order 1/2 size up. I normally wear a 11.5. I order a 12. I purchased these before. Very comfortable.

    • Excellent comfort and attractive shoes
These shoes are comfortable, look great, and are appear unusually good quality for the price. I have tried a number of walking and running shoes and these are my favorite right now. I cannot say how durable they will be in the long run, but they seem sturdy while being appropriately lightweight.

Very comfortable! Sole has great traction and seems to hold up well. One problem was that top stitching on big toe on one side started coming apart after only a few weeks. Now it is still a little bigger but not a gaping hole yet. Hopefully just a defect in this pair. Check other reviews to see if it is a common problem. Otherwise very good shoe for me.     • These shoes feel so good.
After dealing with a severe case of plantars fasciitis several years ago I switched from Nike to Ascics and I have never looked back. This is my 4th pair of asics and I love them. Won't wear anything else as far as work out shoes or walking shoes go. They fit great, true to size and hold up really well. The price on Amazon is usually cheaper than at the stores so big plus there as well. ... show more
