Amazing shoes. Got them for an upcoming marathon and it's just awesome. Great cushion, not too soft/hard, just right. Keeps my legs and knees feel better after running long distance. It's built for warmer temperatures but it's still good even in during winter since our feet gets warm during runs. Really durable, especially the soles, but take note that these are pavement/road shoes so not that much traction for dirt/offroad, but it's still good regardless. Definitely worth it for the price, especially for the discounted price since the 27 is out. A bit longer, I got a 10.5 wide and the length feels like it was an 11. Support is good, which is rare for someone with high arch. Color is amazing, doesn't look too dirty when it's dirty. Buy this guys, or the 27s. I'm definitely buying the 27s as well. Asics is just awesome!

This is a great pair of shoes. I order 10.5 wide (2e) and it fits true to size. I work in the school cafeteria and some time it may require me to stand up for hours preparing or speed walk to setup stands. It's comfortable both ways. It breath well in a warm kitchen but I can feel the chill in a walk in refrigerator (40 degree) or freezer (-3 degrees). I wouldn't recommend it in a warehouse setting where heavy items can fall and hit the toe area.

This shoes works very well. For a heavier fellow with wide feet, the amount of support and bounciness that the shoe delivers is terrific. The is nearly the same after a few months of heavy use and no rips in the toe area yet. Great for someone not in shape to transition into being active again. The fit is great, the material is light, breathable and dries easily. The foam l, unfortunately, is not as durable and has started to shave off after a week of use. If you’re worried that the foam looks ridiculously thick in the product photo worry not, it’s not as thick when you see it in person.

Just my opinion, but Nimbus 26 compared to Gel-Kayano 30. Stability pretty similar. Toebox larger in Kayano (both shoes are wides). More heel cushion in Nimbus than Kayano but Kayano had more forefoot cushioning. Nimbus shoelaces almost too short. Nimbus feels lighter. Summary - I prefer the Nimbus on flat ground and hills but prefer the Kayano on downhills. Both shoes work well for me. I need a shoe with some stability because of tendon issues in running shoes with no stability.

Love the cushion, and the stack height doesn’t effect the stability of the shoe. I could use a little more width in the tow box and mid foot, but a wide is too wide and causes heel slip. So I deal with a little tightness and cramped toes.

I have been running in ASICS my whole life. I was not sure about these shoes due to the very large heel. These are by far the most comfortable running shoes ASICS has ever made! The exaggerated heels provide amazing cushioning and truly make running much easier on all of your joints!

There are quite a number of variations in the gel Nimbus collection. At the time of purchase, this was the newest version I believe. It was very comfortable, but I ended up returning it, first off because I needed a half size larger than I usually wear, but also because I ended up purchasing the gel Nimbus 25 because it was very similar and much cheaper. I find the quality to be very good, I enjoy the mash elastic tongue that I can almost wear without shoelaces, which is great because I do not like tight shoes. They are very squishy and bouncy, which is very nice. I am a little concerned that because of that, they may wear out more quickly And lose that squishy bounciness. They are definitely on a cloud though, I can definitely say that! Impressed with the initial quality. I also love all of the different color schemes you can choose from.
