Great pair of shoes for the easy day and recovery runs. Can easily to a comfortable 10k in these with little to know feet soreness. A bit less lateral support with all the cushioning though. Taking sharp turns creates some instability feeling. Got the wide size and there’s ample room in toe box. Fits true to size.

I’m not a runner, but I recently registered for a 10k race. I had old Nike running shoes that caused foot and knee pain during the beginning phase of my training. I got my feet checked and found out I tend to over pronate and that I needed stability shoes so I was recommended the ASICS Kayano. Very comfy shoes, but caused pain in parts of my knees I did not experience before. I took it upon myself to buy the Nimbus 25 and arch support insoles. I still had some aches and pains but was drastically better with the Nimbus. Today I completed my very first race, a 10k during a cold and rainy morning. I think the shoes and insoles really helped me out.

Just short of life changing! Incredible quality and comfort. VASTLY improves my running and jogging. So comfortable, I also got another pair just for everyday use. Runner or not, these are wildly comfortable with clear and noticeable cushion and bounce. Incredible! They feel light and breathable when I run and they have a good curve to the front that lets your stride just glide.

My husband has run in the gel nimbus for many years. He is running in the 25’s now and looking forward to a pair of 26’s. He has a knee replacement, yet has no problems. Did I tell you he is now 84 and has been running since cross country at Canisius. A lot slower now, but steady at 3 miles five days a week with no problems. The shoes are the best for him..very stable, with the right amount of cushioning. He does rotate two pair, but they wear well. Gets about 500 miles per pair. Great shoe!

These all around are a great shoe. Very comfortable with lots of cushioning, like walking/running on a cloud. Definitely helps the strike and lowers impact if running and creates the natural roll forward motion in running. Only reason for 4 and not 5 stars is the upper fitment around the ankle/ Achilles tendon. It seemed to have an abundance of padding which made the ankle feel pushed forward. Other than that it’s a really great and comfortable shoe!

Would recommend for more cushion on your joints, sturdiness & comfort. I’ve ran at least 30 miles and they still look newish & feel great. Price was good.

I did extensive research for a shoe that would help prevent shin splints (plagued me in the past). Apparently my step is inward toward my arches (supination) which makes it more likely that I will incur plantar fasciitis and/or shin splints. I was wearing a very high quality/expensive running shoe but it did not help with the way my feet make contact with the ground. These shoes changed everything. I initially had a little pain in my outstep at about 5K but that subsided after a couple of runs. Great shoes. Very comfortable and stable. Highly recommend.
