These might be the best shoes I have ever worn! They are SUPER comfy and they provide a ton of support where I need it. They also look great. I moved to Brooks many years ago, but I came back to Asics with these Kayano... I don't think I will ever go back to Brooks. These are a sure winner!

I've never had so much space in the toe box of my shoes. Most shoes are not wide enough even when listed as wide. These are very comfortable! The heel locks in securely and the midsole offers comfort without hot spots even on longer excursions!

Excellent running shoes that provide great cushion and foot support. They have been very durable thus far, no shin splints and no plantar issues with these shoes. Not very stylish for anything outside of running, but these are great shoes for runners. Only drawback is the lining at the big toe has a tendency to start ripping and eventually a hole in that area of your shoe.

I recommend these shoes completely. They really cushion my feet when I’m working out/exercising/walking. They are very comfortable. The build quality is good. They have good support and are lightweight. If you have wide feet, finding comfortable shoes can be a challenge. But because ASICS come in widths, they have always provided a good shoe.

I have bought many pairs for work and at home activities. I recommend these to anyone on their feet all day! These are well worth the money! Comfort and Support- One of the most significant advantages of the ASICs Gel-Kayano 30 shoes is their exceptional comfort and support. Coming off of back surgery, I've often struggled with joint pain due to the high-impact nature of my job, which includes running, jumping, and demonstrating various physical activities to my students. However, since I started wearing the Gel-Kayano 30 model, I’ve noticed a marked improvement in how my joints feel. The shoes offer ample cushioning through their Gel technology, which effectively absorbs shock during physical activity. This feature has been a game changer, as I no longer experience the discomfort that previously plagued me at night after a long day of teaching and coaching.
