The shoes are very comfortable and great for running on pavement. The only reason I am giving a 4 star rating is because usually I use Mizuno 7.5 but on these the same size is just a bit larger than expected.

I love Asics shoes and these may very well be the most comfortable pair I've owned. I have high arches and these are quite supportive. Not too much cushion in the insole, but enough to feel great all day.
