It has to be said I utilized the free returns with well over ten pairs of variously priced sneaker brands and these were the one's he chose.. -at a fraction of the price ironically enough! If you're looking for a decent sneaker with good support, a wide fit - especially the bridge of the foot, a comfortable sole that helps even out weight and a good grip. The shoe are of lightweight construction. I think they'll be good for walking but I don't believe they would last all that long as a running shoe. This being said with my 20 some years of running in Asics shoes. I believe they'll make good walking shoes but because of the very thin tread design I question the longevity. Sort of feels like they'll wear quickly especially in the heel areas. They are a good looking shoe and are comfortable with the exception of where my toes tend to press into the insole as I walk. They just don't feel like they have a lot of foot support in that area. Overall I don't really have anything against the shoes. It's just that they don't seem to be on par for the construction or comfort of my previous Asics.

A great deal on a name brand sneaker. I liked that these shoes came in an extra wide size for my big fat caveman feet. Super light weight and roomy, like wearing slippers. Also flexible but thick sole for soft contact with the ground. I can walk all day in these .
