This tree came in a box that said 9 foot 8 inch tree it is advertised as a 10 foot tree ( missing 4 inches?). The description said metal the tree was plastic. It said it includes a light , no light . I needed a 10 foot tree for my space and this tree was 8 feet tall. It also said it was 59 inches wide and it’s only 36 inches wide. Needless to say I was not happy with the tree. I would say it was miss represented. The only thing is that it looks nice if you only wanted an 8 foot tree. BE WARE OF THE DESCRIPTION. It’s not accurate ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I’ve had this palm which is pretty expensive for a little over 2 months when it snapped in half. Tried to contact the seller but received no response from them. Of course the return window is closed so I’m stuck with a broken palm. Looks great and I love it but it should have held up longer. We are not in a high wind area. I’m very disappointed in the quality of the product and the fact the seller never responded to me when I inquired to them about the product. We have purchased several trees. Many of the boxes came in in poor condition but two of them, boxes that held 10ft long trees were severely damaged, two of the 10ft long trees were broken and not usable. We are very disappointed with the quality of this product and customer service especially as those trees were very expensive !! For that price one would expect good quality product! We would not recommend this product to anyone !!! We attempted to contact seller to get replacement but were unable to. We wish we never bought it!!! Very disappointing! “You get what you pay for”. This tree fell over the first day and broke the shaft. Our other trees different brand-have fallen over before- and been just fine. This is junk- it doesn’t look anything like the picture- It resembles a “Charlie brown tree”…..

I purchased three of these palm trees planted them in a nice concrete pot and within four days the top branch bowed over and broke!! Very disappointed because these were not cheap
