I ordered 2 yellow and 1 purple and the colors are very vibrant just like real flowers. I took all the stems and pulled them apart for arranging. This does take some time but if you want them to look real it helps with the appearance. Each individual package has 2 bundles each for a total of 12 per order. I needed enough for two 12" diameter pots and one 10" diameter pot. To hold these together so I could just place it in the pots I had used previously with dirt in them I had my husband place zip ties around the entire bundle. I used 6 yellow and 6 purple bundles for each of the 12" pots. I used 9 bundles of all yellow for the 10" pot. I had to fluff them out again after we got the zip ties on and trimmed. This worked really well so I could just push them as far into the dirt as possible. I hope they don't end up in my neighbors yard if a strong wind moves through. I had 3 bundles left so I just placed them in a tall planter with a little angel. I did spray all of them with a UV protectant as suggested by others in hopes of preventing them from fading. Overall I am very pleased and plan on just admiring them. No more worries about keeping them watered or deadheaded. I hope you try them because they are so easy to use. ... show more

    • Look so real in hanging baskets!

I really like the appearance of these faux flowers. I use them in my handing baskets where I can’t easily water and i’ve had several people compliment how nice they look. They don’t even know they are not real! Because they are in direct sun, I’ve had to replace them after a season or two because the sun deteriorates plastic and they do break apart. With that said, I would definitely purchase again. If they were real flowers, I would be replacing them every year anyway. ... show more

These are SO REALISTIC looking!!! I bought 3 different 12-piece bundles: white, pink and purple. I used all 36 pieces in my 17” (inside) diameter ceramic pot - the result is very lush looking and realistic. The white and pink flowers “pop” more than the purple, but I really like all three colors mixed together. These are near my call box for my gate, so several people have commented on how beautiful they are - not knowing they are faux flowers! To install, I placed a small tomato cage inside the pot and bent the legs in towards the center, adding a bag of rocks to weight it down so they don’t blow over in the wind as they are not in a covered area. Next, I coiled 1 1/2 pool noodles (from Amazon) and zip tied them to the tomato cage. After lightly spraying the faux flowers with polyurethane to make them more tolerant of the Texas sun, I poked them into the pool noodles, randomly alternating the different colors for a very realistic appearance. It’s been raining nearly every day for the past week and not so much as one bloom has fallen off. I rarely post reviews, but I highly recommend these faux flowers. These are the best artificial plants I’ve bought. One order was plenty to fill a large pot. I’ll see how they hold up in the hot Texas sun. I did follow the advice to fill up my sink with hot water and swish each stem, then spread the branches out before drying. Made it easier to plant. I used round floral styrofoam in my planters and a layer of floral moss to stick the stems in. ... show more

I just made these to go on my front porch and thought I would do an honest review. First, this is a 2ft tall pot with a 12" diameter at top. I bought 3 seperate sets of flowers in megenta, purple and white. The purple color kind of blends into the foliage so if I had to do it again I probably would have gotten a brighter color like yellow over the purple. I used styrofoam in top of pot (tip: paint it black, looks just like dirt). I did app a 9" cascade down the pot, the stem wires are a good length so they are easy to manipulate. Out of 36 stems, I only had about four buds missing and if you have a few pop off, they are easy to pop back on. I like that the buds are plastic, they hold up better. 36 is a lot of stems but I wanted it full all the way around (go big or go home). Yep, that was a lot of money for fake flowers but I can use these several seasons, just pop the styrofoam out. Don't have to water or worry about summer heat and real ones dying in july!
