I assumed these sturdy art bags would come full of art. BEWARE - they are just bags for carrying your own art. My roommate and I had planned on decorating our hotel room with a whole bag of this art. Alas. Still, the waterproof bags are good for storing our work clothes!

Being an artist and always looking to protect my painting I thought this was going to be great for transport and storage. It is ok, but too pricey, I found a better solution using mirror boxes.

I got this to ship a specific piece of artwork but mistakenly bought one that is at least twice as large as it needs to be. Accordingly, I repurposed it to store some of my mother's artwork. PROS: - Water resistant! I tested it and water does bead/run off the surface. I wouldn't put it fully underwater but I would be perfectly happy to carry it in the rain. - Well-cushioned. - Quality stitching. - The acid-free lining is good for archival purposes. - Spacious enough to hold multiple pieces of art, if the frames aren't too thick. - Recyclable! I can't imagine throwing this away because it seems infinitely reusable, but its nice to know. CONS: - Heavy. - Expensive.

I ordered this to protect a piece of art in shipping. It arrived exactly as described in the listing. I was initially concerned about packing material touching the painting but this alleviated that concern. The size was a little bit larger than the painting itself, and the excess easily folded over to serve as additional padding in the shipping box. I’m far more confident that the painting will arrive as expected inside this vs. going into a shipping box without being enclosed or inside of a plastic bag. I don’t have any issue with recommending this product for moving, shipping or storage. If I encounter anything new, I’ll update my review.

This is a very good option to protect art in transit. I have one precious painting that needs to travel in a crate and this is the perfect option to wrap the painting in before it slips into the crate. For less serious moving, it could just enwrap the art and you could carry it that way. This is the good stuff.
