The media could not be loaded. I’m an admitted Proline fan and have a bunch of premounts, wheels, and tires for a 1:10 SCT, a 1:10 RWD buggy, and a1:8 buggy. I recently built a 1:10 (really a 1:8) Tekno MT410 and needed premounts for it. After a lot of research I’d seen these Armma Backflip 4S premounts mentioned a lot. They supposedly wear really well, have an outside diameter of 6.1” that’s just about right, and holds up well. They didn’t disappoint and fit perfectly on my MT410 and have great traction. I like the OD compared to most of Proline’s 1:8 MT offerings that are either way too small or way too big. The OD gives me a little more freedom when choosing pinion gears. So far I haven’t had any complaints after 8 hard runs with a 4S 2250kv 4274 truggy drivetrain. Yes, the tires balloon, but I haven’t had any hint of tire separation from the wheels. These tires are awesome for the Maxx V2. They don't balloon nearly as much as the stock Sledgehammers. Perfect amount of grip and slide when you need and provide a little more cusion for landing. I also geared down to a 20t pinion and 54 spur gear just to be safe. Since they don't balloon as much as stock, self righting tends to not really work for me at least..but that's bad for the drive train anyways. So the problem with these on a stock Maxx V2 is that since they have no offset they will eat your A arms and steering links. Both sides of mine have gouges from these wheels. Solution is to buy hub extenders. I purchased Hot Racing MXX10W01. That fixes the offset issue however the Hub extender recently fell off on me and I'm back to stock tires. Maybe more loctite would fix it. Hope this helps you. ... show more

These tires hold up really well to abuse on my 4s earthquake 8e. Fully modified truck with wide kit. I have an upgraded motor, esc, and custom gearing. Truck hits about 54 mph on average and these tires have done nothing but amaze me in every way! Durable and great traction in almost all conditions. I even run them in the snow. They have even changed the design from the original and now have pre-vented holes in the rubber and no hole in the wheel, so water can escape and keep the foam in good shape. Amazing in deep snow or snow on frozen lakes. They create enough grip to carry the inside front tire while doing high speed drifts in snow. No pun intended. My stock 6s Talion prefers a 14t pinion with these tires, they are slightly taller than the stock Katars.

If you're looking here hoping for less ballooning not so much regardless of what you're reading online. With aggressive center diff 50/50 mix of 1mil & 20mil open diff with 1/4in lines across sidewall to see tire rotation difference between front and rear they have significant ballooning. Traction is much better than copperhead 2 but that's not saying much either. But again traction is good. Huge fan of belted badlands. No better tire for traction and control. Only downside is weight. Was hoping these would be a middle ground but not so much. Pretty good off road/bashing tire if that's your primary goals. ... show more

They come glued and prevented in the outside if the tire so moisture can escape. I use them on several of my arrma 6s trucks.

Excellent wheel and tire combo. So far so good as far as value for the money and durability is concerned. They could be a little more reasonably priced as an actual set of car tires isn't that much more. The last statement directly from my wife, which I have to agree with. My driveway is reclaim asphalt and mainly where I've used these and some mowed grass and tall grass. ... show more
