The Ariat® Performer Nitro Paddock boot offers an updated look to a classic English riding style. Waterproof full grain leather upper with back gore panel for added flexibility. Padded collar and tongue topline. Front lace-up closure with fabric laces and speed lace hook with lace lock at top for a secure fit. Back pull loop for assisted entry. Interior features X-Static™ technology that is made with 99.9% pure silver and enhances anti-odor performance. It naturally inhibits bacterial growth and has natural temperature-regulating properties, providing a fresher and cooler foot environment. Smooth leather lining for a comfortable interior feel. Cushioned footbed with Shock Shield™ technology in the heel provides excellent shock absorption for all-day underfoot comfort. Lightweight Nitro™ frame for heel and mid-foot torsional stability. Duratread™ outsole is extremely durable and flexible and features rider-tested traction zones. Imported. Updated July 2021: First signs of wear are starting to show. I wear these a LOT for riding. Just noticed that about 1” of stitching on the sole side of the cap toe seam on the right boot has given way. Considering how much wear I put on these boots, it doesn’t diminish my opinion of the quality of the product because they continue to serve me well with hard wear. Because these boots were expensive, I wanted to make sure they were quality and would last. I reviewed them a few months after buying them, updated my review a year ago, and am updating it again 2 years later. These boots continue to be comfortable and sturdy, showing no signs of wear beyond what would be reasonably expected given the amount of time I spend wearing them. Wow, very impressive boots. Obviously high quality, love the sole and footbed. I purchased these over a month ago with high expectations and the boots have not let me down. They broke in amazingly well, are super comfortable and so far are holding up very well with hard wear, I ride horses 5 days a week and after six weeks these are still perfect. Let me start by saying that I have difficult feet to fit and real comfort right out of the box is a rarity. I have a massive bone spur on my left heel, my right foot/ankle/leg has a permanent size difference for multiple reasons. Ugh. My Ariat Nitro Paddock Boots were delivered today and I couldn't be more pleased. :-) They fit both feet like a glove and adjusted easily to the size disparity of my right side. Because of the slight heel, the pressure is off the bone spur, and I can walk without pain for the first time in months. The boot is incredibly supportive, particularly in the shank and heel, with adequate room for my toes. I usually wear a 7.5 wide, so I bought a size 8. 10/10 would buy again. ... show more

Very comfortable!! I used to get horrible, burning pain in the top portion of the bottom of my foot from my western riding boots. I have an average foot size (6.5), and they are very flat and wide. These boots are very padded in the sole; which eliminated the burning foot pain, and the lace up style makes them extra great because I can loosen and tighten them to fit my goofy-shaped flat feet! ... show more

Perfect boot with great arch support. I prefer the lace up to the zipper because you can adjust the fit better. It’s a nice roomy fit.

Fit well except for the beginning of the tongue. It pinched the top of my feet and even with different socks it did not help. So disappointed! Fit is not the usual size.

The entire transaction was seem less. I live my boots.. so much better than the original I have been wearing for 12 years. These boots were very expensive but well worth every penny. No break in time needed
