Super cute and comfortable. They are pretty ‘low rise’ compared to other ‘mid rise’ jeans - after trying a few styles I think that Ariat jeans just tend to be lower rise. I don’t love the distressing on these (a little faded patch on one leg) but otherwise love them.

I'm in the 5'5"-5'6" height range, right around 190lb, and I'm pretty evenly proportioned. I ordered a 32 (regular/normal length) but they shipped a 32 Short instead. They would have been PERFECT, if not for the fact that they were already around 1/4"-1/2" from touching the floor when I tried them on barefoot, which means they'd be WAY too short once I got any kind of real shoe or boot on (and heels would be completely out of the question). It was free shipping for Prime members, but not actual Prime shipping, so I had to wait around a week to get them, only to find out that they shipped the wrong size. When I started the return I was hoping they could just exchange for the correct size, but the sellers only option is a refund...SO now I have to ship them back, wait for them to receive them, and then try to reorder (and hope they actually have the correct size available, because when I look at the dropdown menu, a 32 Short isn't even on the list of choices, yet that's what they shipped me?). Frustrating, to say the least...

5’9” 180lbs initially bought size 33 extra long and even though they were way too long and a little too big, I kept them because I loved them! I can roll that pair up at the cuff and they are still too long but look cute! The second pair I got a 32 regular and they are still too long for flats (but I prefer that look) but this pair fits perfect otherwise. They do get baggier throughout the day like someone else mentioned. But these are the jeans I've been looking for! Best fit I've had in years!

Where has this brand been all my life?!? First of all, they're real denim, like the kind you had as a kid in the 80s and 90s, instead of the 60% spandex "jeans" that shred into strands of spaghetti-like rubberbands after a few months. Second, Ariat has ALL the sizes in waist and length so, for the first time in... EVER, I was able to say "the 34 is a bit too loose, let's try a 33", instead of having to jump up and down by two size increments (Thanks to their return policy the exchange was FREE!). Plus the regular length is perfect for me where normally I have to get the longs. Best of all these jeans make it look like I have a butt, which is totally voodoo witchcraft because in real life I have no butt whatsoever. Now I need to go burn all of my other jeans because with these in my closet I'll never want to wear anything else. Maybe I should order another pair immediately so I'm not stuck with one pair of jeans... But first I have to go to the grocery or something because my butt is looking way too good not to be shared.

As all ariats these are a size up compared to other jeans. Knowing that I sized down when I ordered them and it was perfect... until they started to stretch. Over the course of one day they can easily stretch two sizes more which makes them not super useful.

THRILLED with the length, waist, style and color! A classier look from my daily frayed bells and tank. I’m 5’5”, 180, short waisted. Lost 90lbs so my body shape is a work in progress. So you can imagine how pleased and relieved I was when I could button them, and I don’t need four-inch heels to save the cuff hems. Not that I could walk in them anyway! Hoping to snag another exact pair, and I’m hoping this brand’s other products stack up to these jeans. ONE THING: I haven’t washed them yet, and don’t know how/how much they stretch in a day’s wear. Enjoy and good luck! Days later: washed them dried them wore them: no fade, minimal shrinkage, only negative is they were pretty stretched and baggy on my hips and bum by the end of the day. Still, I will order more of this brand!

After reading many reviews which recommended to purchase these 1 size bigger, I did and they fit beautifully around my waist, hips and thighs! They are low rise; the description states mid-rise. I like this rise though. I got 31R and the inseam is almost 33 inches; I'm almost 5'7" and the Regular is way too long for me. The size chart states the 31R length should be 31 inches. So I'm returning this pair and have ordered a 31S. I'll update this review when I receive them. I love them and really hope the next pair works. If not, I will likely get them professionally hemmed.
