There is nothing like the feeling of a great pair of jeans. These fit true to size. There is no pulling and tugging , fit and move with you. Ariat women's jeans not only fit great, they are durable. Riding horses, working in pasture or going out dancing, these jeans are the ones.

I really love these jeans. I would consider them boot cut, not flare. For me they are more on the low side of a mid rise jean. The front hits me about two inches below my belly button. I really like that the back is higher than the front, which allows you to bend over without anything hanging out. There are darts on the back sides that help prevent gapping. They have just the right amount of stretch to be comfortable but still feel like real jeans. They seem to be really well made and wash well. The sizing is definitely wonky between the different washes. I am 5’4 and 116lbs. I bought 25R in Rainstorm and they fit perfectly with heels. If I wear a two inch heel they are just above the floor. I liked them so much I ordered another pair a week later. After reading reviews, I decided to size up in the darker pair. I ordered 26R in Marine and these fit the same way as the Rainstorm in 25R. I am glad I sized up because there is no way I could have fit into the 25R in the Marine color. I hope this helps! ... show more

So I have been looking everywhere for bootcut jeans, I'm sick of skinny jeans all the time. I came across these and after looking at the questions to determine my size I chose the 28R to be safe. I normally wear a size 3, 4, 5, or 6 depending on brands, so I figured based off what Amazon recommended and what I saw in the reviews 28R would work well for me. One of the things I noticed once I got them was that 28R was slightly looser on me, but I'm keeping them, I love the fit. The length was three inches too long for me so I hemmed them to fit me better. And here's the catch, the pockets. THEY FIT MY WHOLE HAND!!! The next pair I get I'm going to try a size 27R and see how well those fit. I have no problems with the loose fit of a 28R, but that's me personally. I would recommend to try a 27R if you're around my size. But I can't say 100% due to only knowing the 28R. ... show more

I am happy with the length, happy with the bootcut style but the waistband is tighter than a pair I had bought a couple of years ago- it sure if it’s on me because maybe the other pair is more stretched out? I’ll keep them but definitely feel they will need to be “broken in” also the button above the fly is larger and sticks out kinda awkwardly so be aware! ... show more

I love Artist jeans. 32 is equivalent to a size 14. Cotton with a bit of stretch. These are a bit more washed in the front than I’d prefer, but good quality as usual.

These jeans are perfection from the waist through the seat and thigh. They are very comfortable, and have a bit of stretch so that it doesn't bind. From the knee down, they are NOT A RIDING JEAN ~ at least for riders in performance sports! They have gobs of material flapping around, which will ride up your leg as you ride and will be a bunch of excess material that won't fit inside your chaps or chinks. When I say gobs of material, I am talking about the fact that I can grab 4 inches of excess material, doubled right below the knee! Around my ankle it is 6 inches, doubled. I wish Ariat would make that a snugger fit~ it doesn't need to be tight, just snug, with a boot leg bottom. Performance riders like to keep their legs on a horse, and use more leg aid than hands, and this jean gets in the way of that task. I am still going to keep and use these jeans because Wranglers just make me miserable because of the tight waist. (I am a size 3, and their waists have always been 1 to 2 sizes smaller than other brands of the same size. I will probably end up altering them so that I don't have all that excess material flapping around on my calves. ... show more

I am 5'4" appr 145lbs with a booty. I have always had a hard time finding jeans that hug the curves and do not have the rear gap without creating a muffin top. These jeans definitely fit the bill. Mid rise sits in just the right spot without pinching, the bootleg fits perfectly around my favorite pair of cowboy boots, the denim feels very comfortable but still durable.
