The boots are very comfortable and look nice. They will need to be broke in, so they might hurt a little at first, but once they are broke in, they feel great. I had to go half a size down for better fitting

okay, I like Ariat boots. Like alot. Middle of the road on the reasonable $$$ scale. high side of quality and durability. but hear me out. i had to go through 3 different returns for the right size boot. every other boot I've ever bought fit in the size I am (8.5EE) THIS boot, however i ordered the 8.5EE, the ankle hole is too small. foot fit down the neck, but the ankle hole is weird and too small. so i went up 1 full size to a 9.5EE. still too small. finally bumped up to a 10, FInally, with some effort, it fit. but now my foots too small for the boot. so i spent another $20 on a set of size 10EE insoles. now the boots are perfect with room for warmer socks. good deal. will buy another pair in 10 years when they finally wear out through a few re-soles. ... show more

Ordered received the wrong size then got the right size and they have scuff marks on them and appear to have been used. I feel I should not have had to pay full price if the product was not going to be new.
