First I ordered a 28 (regular) which should be my normal size. They would not even pull up over my thighs let alone my hips. So, I returned those and order a 30 and just to be safe a 31 (shorts this time because the 28s were very long). Both the 30 and the 31 were way too big! How can I not get a 28 over my thighs but a 30 is too large! The length was much better for my 5' 6" height. So . . . now I've ordered a 29. Fingers crossed this pair actually fits. I wouldn't go to this much trouble if they were not super cute. I will order up a size or two if I order from this brand again.

I have severe abdominal issues so mid / high rise pants KILL my abdomen / stomach. These are a good height waist waist. Love that they can be purchases long and extra long ad I've really long legs, short waist and long torso. Soft thinner material vs thick denim you get with rock revivals and a stretch to them so I need to order a size down on my next pair, which will be soon because these are so comfy.

I hate buying jeans. I don’t like jeggings or stretchy jeans. I like a good old fashioned pair of REAL jeans. Look no further ladies. These fit so nice and super flattering. They are a tad long. I’m 5’6” and the regular length is still about an inch too long but great if wearing boots. Hugs your hips/thighs without squeezing your waist. Roomy for athletic legs. I loved them so much I just ordered another pair. Expensive? Yes, but think about all the $30 jeans in your closet that you don’t wear. Much rather have 2 pairs I love and toss the rest. I ordered the 31 size. I could have gotten a 30 and it would still fit good, but I like a little room to move.

Love these jeans … I ordered both the short and regular version of the Lakeshore style .. and even the short version is on the longer side .. I’m almost 5’5” and the short style is still long enough that I have to wear them with a heel of some kind, either a boot, wedge or high heel. They have a good amount of stretch and the boot cut is very cute. It’s a bit higher than low rise so closer to a mid rise but I still like it .. the wash is nice … a bit on the lighter side up by the waist over all a very cute pair of jeans. I ordered a 31 waist and it fits nicely.. I’m keeping the “short” style and returning the “regular” size as they are just too long! I recommend them…

I'm just going to start by saying I'm too skinny, not being vain it's a problem.. I'm trying to put on weight but it doesn't stick. These jeans are meant for women with thicker bigger beautiful hips/thighs! Cowgirls fit the description as well because they need room to throw their legs around but if your just a city girl looking for the rugged look and your skinny.. these don't have stretchy fabric even the smallest sizes of these and wrangler will not fit small girls who aren't blessed 😢❤️ sending them back today and hopefully will have better luck with more honest reviews.. I read the reviews and it seemed like the fabric may have been stretchy.. if you have never bought this brand and are just "trying" new jeans as a smaller person I would not start with trying ariat or wrangler but silver ran smaller

I really do like these pants, they're the first real pants I've bought in a while that mostly fit and look nice in so doing, but they're not low rise. They are at best medium rise. Is it really so much to ask to get a pair of pants that, when worn with the crotch in the right place, put the pockets on the legs (not above the hips where I can't put anything in them) and put the waistband at the hip (not halfway to the belly button)? I feel like when I let my waistband sit where it belongs the crotch of my pants sags inches below where it should be and when I pull my pants up to where the legs and crotch fit properly the waistband is in space. EVEN ON PANTS CLAIMING TO BE LOW RISE. Why???

I ordered the 27 long because I like longer jeans so they don’t come up off my shoes when I sit down. These are very comfy in the waist, made of a soft material and I love how long they are. Definitely going to order more colors when they come available in my size.

I may purchase a second pair. The quality of the denim is not cheap. These jeans will last many years and I feel with the softness and quality of the denim they will only get better with age. There is a nice soft cotton fabric sewn on the inside of the waistline with a pretty paisley pattern. The button in the front is a fancier button with a cute design on it. The stitching over all is nice and the design on the back pockets and the position of them are flattering. They fit nicely on the hips too. They are slightly long on me but I have short legs, but with a not too high boot or heel they will be the perfect length. Overall I am very satisfied with the product. The price was a little high but I am a firm believer you get what you pay for and I am willing to pay the price for a good quality product. Same with sneakers or bras . . . . some things you just shouldn't skimp on.
