The fit of these jeans from the knees up is great. I love the stretch and waist fit. I'm a 44/30. The leg from the knee down is pert near a bell bottom or flare leg if you're old enough to remember that. It's just too big and the legs don't sit good on the boot. Ariat should find a width that's smaller than this but maybe a tad bigger than straight leg. Yes I have big calves bit this is too much. Had to send them back. ... show more

These shorts are light weight and feel comfortable. They arrived packaged well and in good condition. After reading reviews I felt like I needed to order XXLTall shorts because I am 6’-2” tall and roughly 255lbs, I was wrong for my taste. If you like shirts that come down like 1”-2” below your knee these are for you. Personally I like shorts that stop right at the knees or just above. I am going to swap these for a regular XXL and see if that gives me the look I am looking for. Other than the length being a little long, which is what I ordered when getting them in Tall, I have no complaints so far. Don’t believe the comments that say go for a tall in your size unless you want them long and below your knees. ... show more
