    • The Best Western Jeans Out There!
I have been paying $200 per pair for my favorite jeans for over 10 years. After ordering a few pairs of Ariats at well below that price I find that they fit better with absolute consistency and feel much more like old school denim than my high priced designer jeans. I now have seven pair. Absolutely first rate quality (the denim is typically heavy and will last a lifetime) and the most consistent sizing I have ever seen. No vanity sizes, just the real thing. Order what you "really" wear which in my case is a 34x34 even though in my formally favorite brand I ordered 33x36. OK, I've gained a few pounds even though the 33's still fit fine in the old brand, but I haven't grown 2" taller. My only complaint is that the "boot cut" versions are wide at the bottom and the extra wide boot cut jeans look like bell bottoms from the 70s. I wear them most of the time with cowboy boots and the straight legs will easily fit over any boot on the market, the boot cuts look great if you get the right inseam but the wider boot cuts are probably going to rip on the bottom. I don't care since these are such great jeans for an exceptional price. I am 5'10" and weigh 190 lbs. and I prefer the 34x34's unless I want some tight jeans in which case I order the 33x34's. I hadn't ordered pants from Ariat before, so it took a few tries to get the ones that fit correctly. Good thing, I have a wife that let's me know what looks correct. I didn't know which style of pants were going to fit which way. After a few tries the M5 was perfect. Sizes on all I tried were on the money for size, but the fit was either too loose in the thigh or seat. I have similar jeans in the M5 series. These fit way to tight compared to my other M5 strights. Especially in the thigh and waist. I like my other M5'S alot so I don't want to rate the brand down. There is something off with this pair.
