Description

Season after season, the 1800 Arctix Women's Insulated Snow Pants serve as an outstanding value priced ski/snow pants and a versatile cornerstone of the Arctix line. These pants feature a 100% Polyester Dobby shell with ThermaLock W/R + W/P 3000mm Coating, offering a maximum degree of durability and protection from the elements, while allowing a full range of motion. 85 grams ThermaTech Insulation offers warmth in a lightweight, low bulk garment, keeping you warm at temperatures from -20° to +35° depending on your level of activity. DWR finish (Durable Water Repellent) helps repel water from fabric surface. The adjustable waist ensures a comfortable fit, while boot zippers make them easy for on and off access over boots. Boot gaiters with grippers form a seamless integration with the boots to keep the warmth in, and the moisture out. These relaxed fit pants also include 600 Denier Ballistic reinforced ankle, scuff and hem guards to hold up against daily wear & tear, and conveniently has an O-ring for keys, gloves and/or lift tickets. The pants provide zippered hand warmer style pockets, a zippered fly, and belt loops. They are water and wind resistant, and are machine washable. Sizing options include a Short 29" inseam (5'1" – 5'4" heights), Regular 31" inseam (5'5" – 5'8"), and Tall 33" inseam (5'9" – 6'1").

I bought these for my daughter before we went to Alaska on vacation, and they work fantastic. When I pulled them out of the box, you could tell they were made with quality material. I have spent most of my life in Colorado and have purchased tons of expensive snow pants. Not anymore though. Ill be buying my own pair of these. She in fact would over heat from time to time. She stated they kept here warm every time she wore them. They also kept her dry as well. We did a few days in the snow, and a Dog Sledding adventure on another, and not a drop of water got in there. These pants are great! Good material, sturdy, adjustable waistband, belt loops, zip pockets, ankle gators. The only problem is, the sizing is extreme. Large was huge on me, Medium was too, and the Small I could not zip up! Even with the waist adjustment straps cinched all the way in, the Medium gaped at the waist & there were flaps of extra pants on either side of my hips & thighs. What the heck? I got the swirl pattern & I love all the colors so I'm quite disappointed that no size fits me. For reference, I am 5'6", 130lbs, waist 29" & hips 37". ... show more

I searched, high and low for new ski pants that were great quality, style, but without breaking the bank. We all know how expensive ski clothes are. I was pleasantly surprised by these. These are cute, cozy, and a good length. I am new to snowboarding and really just all snow activities and these worked great for my first time. My only issue is that it does not fit well around my booty…I have pretty curvy hips and with these pants they’re very tight around my butt and won’t go very far above my butt. These pants are designed with more of an “apple” shape in mind. If you do not carry your weight in your hips or thighs then these might be true to size for you. My 5’7, 120lb daughter could not pull the XS over her legs. The small/tall is perfect length and fits her thighs great but we will have to add Velcro at the waist to cinch it in for her. I had a similar experience- 5’3”, size 4/6 in pants but I had to size all the way up to a large to get full range of motion in the legs. I will also add Velcro to the waist. It’s an easy fix and these were a great value so I think it’s worth the hassle. ... show more
