I bought direct from 1up when they had the standard version of this on sale $399. The grandkids really like it. I like just for the fact it has guns to shoot at things on the screen which is unique for a home arcade cabinet. The artwork is also amazing on the cabinet. The only gripe I have is my machine only has a 17 inch screen which is too small in my opinion and there is no way to upgrade. ... show more

Ordered this item and the second gun controller did not work from the start. Contacted company who after 60 emails 8 months, they send replacement part and it was also defective. They actually sent videos for ME to replace the computer chip board instead of sending tech. They refused to send a new system and the item is no longer working. They have an "F" rating for customer service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. They have the worst customer service. Arcade1up is a joke of company, a scam, a fraud. Just look up their BBB rating and complaints, they have over 40 complaints. I am idiot for purchasing. I will have every family member file a complaint until I drive their rating to 1 and all I have to do is have each family member post the 60 emails one by one so all of you can read how terrible this company is. ... show more

The game is fine but the guns are complete junk. The company won't refund, won't help, and you can't find replacements. Extremely disappointed!
