great value. does not come with new cotter pins.. buy some straight cotter pins or straighten & reuse old ones. good replacment tires for my old gorilla garden dump cart GOR211-1 that I've struggling with leaky old flatish tires for years. my old tires 4.10/3.50-4 hx302-14 a 9,5 tall x 3 1/4 wide tire with 5/8 hole.. ..remove cotter pin, remove washer, slide on new tire, add tiny slim of grese 2 washer, put washer back, put cotter pin in, your done....these new tires fitthe cart perfect & seem skinner & taller & I LIKE that, cause now its perfect to roll groceries or garden blocks right out the van door into the card, roll it over thresholds right up into the kitchen.. now that she rolls good again we can git shhhh dun.
