I so wanted to give this watch a 5 star rating. When I received this today, the gold Milanese lop band was humongous! The magnetic part that is supposed to go under the wrist is right up against the watch. I am not that small of a person either. Looks terrible! Called Apple only to find out there is no post sales support if you buy Apple products from Amazon. So glad I purchased my iPhone 11 Pro Max directly from Apple and not Amazon! Also the price has gone down by $25.00. I paid the same price here as I would have paid at Apple ($799.00). SO DISAPPOINTING! Would really like to give a 5 star rating! Is there any way I can get the band that is not too long? I really do not want to go through the further hassle of returning this unacceptable watch back to Amazon.

I purchased the first Apple Watch shortly after it became available, and although it was expensive, I made the purchase with the same considerations as if I was purchasing a traditional watch, with the expectation that based on the quality and cost, that it would last many, many years. After one replacement under warranty due to battery problems, the replacement watch failed, again likely to a battery problem. Unlike a conventional watch, this watch can't be repaired for any reasonable cost, so if you still want the features of the watch you must pay to replace it. That being said, one would expect that you could just replace the watch, but NO, you must replace the watch and the band, even though I already had a Stainless Steel Link Band that was perfectly good, and I preferred. So, without this option, I opt'd for a milanese band that has a value of about $150 that just sits in the Apple Watch box. I wouldn't recommend buying one of these watches if you're needs don't include the features provided in this watch, which you will likely have to throw away in less than 5 years, and no later than when Apple discontinues support for the watch. These are not a timepiece, they are just another computer. Keep this in mind when you think about the cost to purchase something you will be throwing away.

After returning this watch because it was too large for my wife, then purchased the smaller size, it took over 3 weeks to get a refund. Then the refund was put into a 'gift card', which isn't clear until after you purchase something on Amazon down the road and you see that it defaults as the payment type. Then I called to have this transferred to my actual bill, since it was originally purchased with my Amazon cc, but since I "already used some of the amount" they couldn't do that. So I have $800 on a gift card. Nice for them, not for me. I track my purchases for business this way. It really pisses me off that Amazon did something like this. All to essentially collect a little interest.

I’m in love with this watch! Absolutely Love that the screen stays dim so I can glance At it when I get a notification, I am not allowed on my phone at work so this is a major help. I thought the 44m was going to be bulky for a female wrist but I actually love it more! Gold is not to flashy and I def would purchase again at this price! Worth the price since I use it every day

Online video instructions for pairing watch with iphone was useless!! Had to go to an local Apple store class to learn what needed to be done. Should have just spent a few more $$ and bought the watch at the Apple store.
