This is a legitimate Apple Watch band for a 40mm Apple Watch. I just got a 40mm Apple Watch SE. I previously owned the original 2015 42mm Apple Watch in stainless steel with a Milanese loop. I could have tried to use my old band on this but the stainless steel color wouldn't work well with my new SE's matte black aluminum face. I always wear the Milanese loop when the weather gets colder in the fall and winter so it was time. I am not one to replace my Apple Watch with a new one every few years, To me a watch is something that should last a lifetime which is what was promised with the original 2015 version but did not happen. It began losing battery quickly and ran slow. The haptic feedback was a cool feature but in the end it generally got so painfully slow, wasn't eligible for updates for years, and the health stats were getting very inaccurate (it would tell me I was standing when I clearly wasn't for example). This new one solves all that. I would have gotten the Series 7 or 8 but just didn't need all those features. I just want my watch to have more faces available to it and to feel snappy So the SE worked fine. But back to the band. I was expecting there to maybe be something wrong with this because of the low price point. Well it was a genuine Apple Watch band. The only issue I saw with it was the there were places where the metal was bent into a shape that it didn't want to change from it. It sort of got kinked. But just playing around with it and bending and twisting it until it stopped doing that really fixed the issue. Even on the first day of having the watch a part of the band on the far side where it loops over seemed to not want to lie flat but the longer I wear it the more flat it lays. Even the kinks in the Milanese loop are easy to fix if you just sort of bend it around like you're pretending it's a snake slithering around. So yeah, it came with some minor cosmetic defects but all of them were easily fixed simply by wearing it over the course of a couple of days. There are also reports of men having their wrist hair pulled out by this watch but it really isn't doing that to me. It does sometimes but not as often as my original 42mm one. This may be because the metal looping is smaller and tighter than the larger Milanese loops. It could also be that I'm just used to wearing a Milanese loop so there isn't much for the band to pull off my wrist. The magnet is very string. Over time it may lose strength. Rather, the rubber around the magnet may erode a bit and make it so that the band slips every so slightly. But so far it doesn't happen to me. I'm glad I got this at basically a 50% discount for a genuine Apple Watch band. Whoever sent this back because it wasn't perfect, I thank you because now I get it for half off and it works just as well as the full price version. One final warning: If you have a large hand you need to go to an apple store and try on watches because the watch faces aren't just about preference. The bands they come with will be directly tied to whether or not it fits around your hand on your wrist. I got the 40mm SE because I was cheap and needed only the bare necessities. My old 42mm original pre-Series 1 watch fit perfectly. This one fits me as well but with a metal band like this one it just barely fits around my wrist. So yeah, you may have to spend at least $50 more if you have a larger wrist but I was able to get away with a 40mm version and I'm quite happy with it. Again, this is a legit watch that maybe someone returned for some minor reason and if you're fine with working out the kinks or don't mind the very minuscule issue then I would say go for it. This is a great seller that'll get you legit Apple products for way less than the insane markup Apple charges.

My (rose) gold Series 5 Apple Watch came with a coordinating silicone sports band. That band is great for exercise and, well, sports, but it was a bit too casual for my everyday wardrobe. I wanted something to swap into for everyday wear that breathes a bit more while still not looking overwhelming on my small wrists and landed on this milanese style in the coordinating (rose) gold color. (Note that the band color matches not the watch body but instead the color on the side of the digital crown.) This band closes via magnet so can be adjusted to any size wrist. I haven't experienced much of the loosening over the course of the day that other reviewers report, but maybe that has to do with movement or the location of the magnet on my wrist. There is some faint marking on the inside of the band where it's doubled up, presumably from the layers rubbing, and I will be keeping an eye on that. Overall, though, it is comfortable and feels quite sturdy on, and provides the look I was after.

Came inside a Apple box and sealed, all the same indications and style as when I unboxed my watch and band from Apple for the first time. So far 5 mins after placing on wrist...I’m loving it. Smooth, comfy and as I slid it back and forth-simulating normal movement known from watches, it indeed doesn’t pull my hair. Slight amount sure but not ripping out...maybe if you are trying to have it loosely on wrist maybe you will feel some real hair pull. But it’s not meant for free sliding back and forth. Made to keep in place but without all the restrictions of other materials. It hold but still feels like it’s loose(no pressure to keep in said placement) worth the price. And as well my in my opinion the best band I’ve ever worn or probable will. Great design in many ways. Not for people wanting a floppy, falling around watch.$

So this is my first milanese loop band ever. When I received the band it had a really good sized kink in it. After rolling the band a few times over that area it seems to have completely resolved that issue. I have also noticed it does this when you are wearing it as well, I think its just part of what you get with this band. Still though, opening a brand new apple band and seeing that big defect took a bit out of the unboxing experience. Its expensive, but so far (only been a week) its holding up really well and the magnet is incredibly strong. Would still recommend if you can afford it lol

This watch band is clearly made of high-quality material. I decided to buy it after a very disappointing purchase of a competitor's (much much lower cost) similar band. Lesson learned. The magnetic closure on the low-cost band did not stay secure. I am very pleased to report that after 5 days of wearing the Apple band it has remained securely on my wrist without fail. The magnetic clasp stays firmly in place. Quite frankly I think this band is overpriced; however if quality is what you value then go for it. appreciate that having paid the Apple premium, I have no complaints.

I saw some comments about people not getting the real version but the one I got is real. Has all the appropriate engraving on the band to indicate it’s the real deal. The band itself is beautiful. I have a stainless steel series 4 and it just elevates the look of the watch. See my pictures. Apple sells the Apple Watch with the milanese band for an extra $100. And if you buy the band separately for $140 (42/44mm). Instead...do what I did...buy the the stainless steel watch with the regular sports band and then just buy this milanese band. No you have 2 bands. For the same price of getting the watch with milanese band. One bit of caution though...I don’t extremely have hairy arms but the band does catch your arm hairs from time to time. Doesn’t hurt too bad but can be a little annoying at time.
