I have been wearing my original ocean band the watch came with but it is not always comfortable and makes some pressure marks on my wrist. I have tried metal bands with links that you have to take out in order to fit the arm but then have a fixed size/length and can’t be changed on a hot day when you want a little more clearance or so. The same applies to the alpine loop bands - at least you can readjust them but it is in steps and I always have the feeling it is too tight or too loose. The band with a velcro lock are not for me since velcro is terrible. When I now saw the Milanese Band I was a little shocked with the price but with aftermarket bands I have a history of having the pieces which slide into the watch not fitting properly and other issues. So I bought the original band and let me tell you - that is all you need! It feels like there is no band at all - extremely lightweight. It can be adjusted on the fly to wear it tighter or with more space to your wrist. AND of course it gives that sporty looking watch a nice and classy style so it fits in any environment or dress style. I mean yes it will get some scratches over time but it is not ceramic after all. And yes - it is expensive but when you look at the money people spend on purchasing lots of aftermarket bands and never seem to be really happy …

These are just excellent. Price may seem high, but it’s well worth it for the Apple quality, fit, and finish. And they are likely to last for a long time giving the material and mentioned Apple quality. On the other hand, be careful if you try to save some money by buying the Used ones available here. I ended up getting the wrong size, the wrong item (Ocean band), and then an obvious fake (in an Apple box) on 3 attempts before coming to my senses and just getting a new one.

Product broke almost immediately and was likely a counterfeit. Its poor solder points where the band seats into the clasp separated after just over one month and once I received a real band the weight is significantly different and build quality is much better. Return window was only two weeks and the manufacturer support redirects you to apple, though they don’t have a means to initiate a warranty claim without a purchase or unless bought with a watch. Don’t buy it here. Buy it directly from apple. Very dissatisfying for $200. It had already started to slip by the time it failed and it easily scratched. Honestly if I could give it a negative review I would. If only to further drop the score.

So, I’m giving this band a full 5. Because I love it, though I will admit I regularly swap in the fabric band that my watch came with when wearing overnight. The titanium is super light while also feeling super strong, super solid. It offers a very pleasant, very satisfying weightiness, while still remaining comfortable. You don’t buy the AWU2 bc you like small time pieces. You bought a performance/statement piece and you want to know it’s there. This band doesn’t disappoint. Wear it diving, to the gym, out on the town, anywhere. Dress it up, dress it down, it looks great with any outfit. It’s solid craftsmanship can’t be denied. The parachute clasp is insane! So unique! It takes a time or two to get used to connecting it but it’s second nature after that. You’re gonna love it. Don’t hesitate to get yours.

I really like this and on my Apple Watch Ultra 2. It matches the titanium color of the case, and it is very lightweight and comfortable to wear all day. The fit of the medium size band is slightly too big for me, but it is very easy to adjust, and there is no need to remove any links to make it fit just right. To state the obvious—This Apple band costs much more than the thousands of imitation and cheap alternatives available for sale—but you get what you pay for in terms of quality, look, and fit and finish! Get the original product from Apple and enjoy it for a long long time. It’s absolutely worth it!!

Apple's "prestige" bands (this, the Stainless Steel link, and the Modern Buckle leather) were and are very well made straps, and a good complement for business dress or evening wear. (It's very sad that Apple has discontinued all their natural leather straps.) This very precisely made Milanese mesh strap is slightly wider than the Modern Buckle leather strap, and about the same width as my space black Stainless Steel Link bracelet. I took a gamble that this Slate color would come close to the Graphite SS finish of my S8 Wifi+Cellular watch, and as you can see from the pics, it's very close. Of course the PVD polished finish matches the stainless steel case perfectly. I wear 41mm Watches to fit under dress shirt cuffs easily, not to mention sweaters. I have enough chonky dive watches in my collection. This 21mm wide strap is fine on my wrist — often a 22m lug-width watch strap will narrow to 20mm, only some narrow to 18mm. So this is consistent with the conventional watch straps I wear, particularly NATO/G10 style nylon straps for my 39mm-42mm case size watches. Doesn't grab my arm hairs very much out of the box and new. I will update this review if I find other concerns.

I love this band. It is sturdy, smooth and a perfect match for my Ultra watch. It took a second to get used to the clasp. My previous Apple Watch band had a magnetic clasp. The color is a perfect match for my watch, and the titanium is light and smooth. I ordered the small for my wrist size and it is a perfect fit. The clasp sits in the middle of my wrist as it should. It is an elegant touch for my watch.
