I want a case that can be placed on a slanted smooth surface, like the arm of my couch, and not slide off. I expect a silicone case to pass that test, but this is just too slick. Doesn't feel as secure in my hand as it would if it had more grip. If I paid the full $35 that Apple charges, I would have probably returned it but since I only paid $20, I'll keep it.
