Save your money! Edge of case already turning black from wear not a great case at all for the money. I’ll stick with Otterbox Symmetry vs this Apple case. Disappointed for the cost.

This case does not hold up. The leather abrades, turning black. The case gets sticky eventually from cleaning and sanitizing. How could Apple design a case that doesn't hold up to all those requirements. I thought a leather case would feel good in my hands. This one does not.

I've had an iPhone 8+ for the past 3 years with the Apple Leather Case in Saddle Brown (MQHK2ZM/A) and I loved it. It was worth the $43 it sold for. The color was nice, the feel was nice, the appearance was nice. It was a very high quality item. This leather case feels and looks like cheap plastic. The case I have on my older phone is real leather and if you scratch it you can see the damage that you did to it. It gives the case character over time. That doesn't happen at all to this new case which makes me question if it's actually leather at all. The color is pretty ugly as well, the images are hard to tell but once you get it and look at it for a bit you'll notice it's just not a good color. I'll be looking for an alternative.
