Why did I choose the iPad Air? - Better build quality compared to the standard iPad. - The screen feels closer to glass and offers a better writing experience than the standard iPad. - It supports the Apple Pencil Pro, which is not available on the standard iPad, and can be charged magnetically from the edge of the tablet. - The M3 processor offers longer-term, up-to-date performance. Support for devices without an M processor may be discontinued sooner. - It was offered at a great price during Black Friday. - It's much cheaper than the iPad Pro but has similar power. - Its downside compared to the iPad Pro is that it has a 60Hz screen (which I think is more than sufficient for standard use). - The battery life is good for its usage level; the Pro is obviously better.

I was unsure about the air until I tried it out! But in true Apple fashion it is a very nice 11” iPad. Colors are nice. The magic iPad that fits this does NOT light up. I recommend this iPad!!

I was looking for a “computer replacement” more than a tablet. I also need to come out of my comfort zone of black and boring colors. As it’s fall I went with Beige.. err I’m sorry Starlight. - Atleast I won’t be losing this thing. It’s fast. I enjoy the iPad os too, since I can minimize windows or full/ half screen them. As my 2011 (yes I know) MBP has finally decided to die, I needed something that is more suitable for what I need now. Add a case, a pencil and a wireless keyboard you have a laptop, or minus all of that you have a tablet. I think the biggest selling feature for me is the chip. I need this to take on more responsibilities of where my computer would have stepped in, where say a “tablet” can not. I also just got the 128g version I have a 1T SSD so I can save to that though the file folder. I can speak to the speediness of the WiFi, it’s fast, it doesn’t lose the signal like my 15pro will (it’s annoying).

Great product, as usual for Apple. Only problem so far is that the battery is draining too quickly, so if you use it every day as I do, it won’t have a very long life. This battery seems to drain quicker than my other iPads, don’t know why. May or may not be worth it for you.
