I am soooooo glad that I purchased this! Wonderful graphics and speed. A huge upgrade from my last IPad that I bought probably 7 years ago! Startup: make sure you have a phone, laptop or desktop handy so you can surf. It has a known problem in Wallet when you choose load card later. It hangs up at that point, the spinner just keeps spinning-and nothing works. I had no idea what to do about it, and didn’t want to do anything wrong. I googled it with my phone. The #1 solution is to start charging it and happily for me, that worked pretty quickly. It is very easy to use and has great picture quality. I bought the pencil adapter and I am using my first gen Apple pencil and bought a Logitech Rugged case/keyboard to go with it. Once I got it on, it is working very well.

I liked my old iPad better. This one with the finger recognition, doesn't recognize mine. I have to enter a pass key every time I use it. And I wish they would find a better placement for the speakers.
