Antes de que me enviaran el producto le escribí al vendedor, le pregunte del porque tenían una sola reseña de este producto, y del por qué esa reseña es de un cliente quejándose de lo mal que le fue con su producto, y del por que este producto está valorado con una estrella, ya que eso me generó desconfianza, y ellos me respondieron diciendo que no me preocupara que a mi no me pasaría lo mismo ya que ellos supuestamente eran profesionales que revisaban y arreglaban muy bien sus productos para poder venderlos en sus mejores condiciones. cosa que claramente no fue así. también le escribí al equipo de soporte y me dijeron que estuviera tranquilo, dándome a entender que el vendedor era de confianza y bueno dentro de la plataforma. Entonces, Cuando recibí la macbook, se veía más dañada de lo que esperaba y de lo indicado por la plataforma y el vendedor, Bueno, lo deje pasar, y procedi a encenderla para configurarla, y aqui empezo lo peor, primero los ventiladores se encendieron de una vez, haciendo demasiado ruido. seguidamente no me dejo ingresar con facilidad, ya que se pegó demasiado en la configuración del inicio y se apagaba sola a cada rato y ni pude pasar la copia de mi disco duro externo con time machine, ya que se pegaba y se apagaba cuando le intentaba dar proceder con la copia. Al no dejarme, procedí a ingresar por medio de mi cuenta iCloud. en esta situación de intentar ingresar con icloud si yo escribía mal el correo de ingreso o la contraseña mal se apagaba. Bueno, luego de un largo y amargo rato logré ingresar a la pantalla de inicio e intente hacer el proceso de transferencia del time machine y nuevamente se pegó y se apago, esto lo intente varias veces y el resultado fue el mismo una y otra vez. Resumen: el cargador se calienta demasiado, apenas se enciende la MacBook se encienden los ventiladores, se calienta demasiado la MacBook, la MacBook se apaga después de 4 a 7 encendida aun estando en el menú de inicio, sin ejecutar nada. After the device arrived then trying to set it up…some keys in the keyboard weren’t working On top of that the fan got loud and the MacBook Pro started getting hot. I was sent a defective device, the seller knew that computer didn’t work but still trying to sell it . I won’t buy from such seller anymore. ... show more
