Wife wanted a greenhouse, so...I got momma a greenhouse. Happy wife, Happy Happy Happy life. Very simple with two people and appears to hold up well. We live in Alabama and Hurricane Sally winds hit us pretty good. I had already upgraded the support line/yard stakes and everything held up nicely. Hope this helps. UPDATE (11/01/2020): Well...Hurricane Zeta brought more of a punch than Sally. Overall the structure survived, the canopy folded over to the non-wind side and ripped at the seam. No one should expect a structure like this to survive a storm that took out our power for nearly 5 days. Suggestion: If you have the opportunity before a strong storm, remove canopy. Still give this greenhouse 5 stars because with a little gorilla tape, Mama is still Happy, Happy, Happy! Hopefully that was the last storm of the year, but hey...This is 2020! ... show more

Excellent well made greenhouse! I put it up all by myself. Best to use a cordless drill and wrench to install all the nuts and bolts. I like all the windows to ventilate the greenhouse. I used bubble wrap cut into about 8inch wide strips to cover all the pipes. From past experience, the sun will make pipes incredibly hot, and after time, the plastic will melt away. The bubblewrap also helps install the cover since it grips the plastic. I do wish both ends had doors though is my only con. ... show more

The greenhouse was easy to assemble, my husband and I had it put together in 90 minutes. We live in the mountains and needed a warmer climate and protection from wind, hail and critters. The greenhouse has protected our plants from all the calamities the mountains have to offer. The vent windows are easy to use on hot sunny afternoons. The humidity has done wonders for my vegetables.     • Easy to set up
This green house is described correctly. Keep in mind that the poles used are thin and not heavy gauge. Using the tie down will not hold this green house in place with heavy winds. It took me by myself 2 hours to put the frame together and then with the help from my son we put the cover over the frame. I built a 2x6 wood frame around the base to help hold in place. I also used 36" metal post every 3' on the inside to help secure this frame to the ground. I built a 12' long table standing at 40" tall for my seedlings, and I attached the hoops to the backside of the table to secure the metal frame even more. I installed grommets every two ft on the overlap from the cover around the base and I staked the overlap in the ground and I back filled with dirt. I can honestly say this greenhouse will not blow away with any kind of wind. I am going to reinforce the ceiling pole with a 4x4 beam, so that when we get snow here in North Carolina I wont be worried that the ceiling will collapse. For the price this is a great green house, again I would advise you take the extra steps to make the frame more secure, and not rely on the small tent stakes the seller provides, if you don't you will be vert disappointed. ... show more

It's relatively sturdy & stable, but would not likely withstand high winds. I created a base with 2x4s & connected the base to the wood with brackrts to reinforce. Then used the string to tie down the side/middle poles to hooks I put in the 2x4 base.

I got this for a playhouse for my daughter. She loves it and fits alot of toys with room to play. A littlle hot now ,but will be great in fall. My friends are said they want one.

    • Won't even last for a MONTH
I purchased this greenhouse a month ago and spent 2-3 hours to set it up. it seemed pretty good and I thought it would at least last for a couple of years. But within a few days, it fell apart even though it was surrounded on all 3 sides with fence and a wall. I was surprised to see this so I fixed it with heavy retaining strings for better support on all sides and added additional support to one of the connector pipes since it was almost broken. Then it stayed up for couple of days and I thought it would be fine, however I saw that the entire structure collapsed again today and the green cover came off. If you wanted to set this up indoors it could work, but definitely not for outdoor / backyard. I unnecessarily wasted $150 for this crappy product. ... show more

The price per sq ft is good. Easy to install. Would recommend to place the greenhouse in the area that is less subject to the strong wind. I use 2x4 PT wood to help secure the based frame and secure it with 3/8 in of rebar. Overall, it is a well- built package. Simple instruction with straightforward numbering system. ... show more
