This is a pretty and unique top. It is listed as a sweatshirt but I wouldn't consider it one. The material is very different, to the touch it feels like a mix between a flannel/fleece and velvet. It's a thicker material, like the thickness of flannel, so it is sure to keep you warm on the cooler days. The pleated puff sleeves are a neat detail to this top taking it to a more elegant level yet it can still be worn casually with a pair of jeans or also dressed up with a skirt/dress pants. This top runs very large so be mindful of that when ordering. I selected a size xxl but could have easily worn a size large (my normal size in most tops are an xl) My bust size is 34G/36H. This top also runs long so while I'm 5'4" tops generally are long on me anyways but despite my height this runs very long both in the sleeve length and length over the toosh. I am posting pictures but please remember that this size is way too big on me, so if I had the proper size it would look fabulous on me. A proper size I feel will look adequate to the way it wears on the model.

The fabric of this sweatshirt is not a fleece, more like velour. Not sure how that translates in the other colors, but it looks decent in black. The sleeves add a nice feature and flare. The cut of the sweatshirt makes it true-to-size and it hangs comfortably, but it does widen out at the bottom a bit, which has it just on the edge of looking sloppy. And the fabric will pick up other fibers. But this will look cute for the Fall and add a layer of warmth for those days when you need something thicker, but not too thick. A nice option for "dressing up" a casual look with jeans.

This is a comfy top. I am usually wear a large (5'7", 155). Fit well. I carry my weight in my hips, so it fit, but not a lot of room for "growth". The fabric is a stretchy velour that washes up nicely. I hung it to dry, but this doesn't seem to be the kind of fabric that shrinks. The blue color is very nice and looks like the ad pic. The shirt has a curved hem, which is much more of a tulip style. It is cut up higher on the sides. The poof sleeve gives it a little different look than a standard crew neck tunic. It's a nice shirt.

Its a nice sweater. The color in the picture is a bit off compared to what comes in. the sweater i got was more of a burnt orange color instead of red. Still soft and nice to wear overall.

This is fine, I'll wear it. But I had expected something more cotton-y, like a typical sweatshirt. This almost feels like velour, which is not my favorite fabric, and can be a little fussy for laundering. The color is fine, not orangy as some of the clothing labeled this color turns out to be. I am a bit sensitive about my weight, but this does not overemphasize it, which I appreciate. But, it does not seem as long as it appears in the product photos. Maybe I'm wrong on that.

This top will be nice for the winter, But this is not sweatshirt material at all.it’s much thinner, but It is soft. I ordered Medium but after washing it , I should have ordered a small. I’m 5’1, 118 , 120 lbs, I think if this shirt was a little shorter it would be more flattering, or it’s Too wide for me! The sleeves are scrunch up at the top of the arms, it gives the look that it’s bunching up under the arm pit, not flattering!!! I notice it gives that look to everyone here! This is sewed good, and washed and dried well.

This sweatshirt (I got taupe) is a dream. It fits very true to size, hangs nicely past the hips with a shirttail hem and has the cutest puff sleeves that give it a feminine edge…the style is current, adorable and appears to be made well. I have not washed it, but I have high hopes! Enough about the looks, because sweatshirts should be comfortable. This sweatshirt is BEYOND. It is like being wrapped in a soft cloud of buttery goodness..the softest sweatshirt I now own, bar none. I am always seeking softness, bc with fibromyalgia my skin hurts. Yes, it hurts. Fabrics are essential to keeping that area of pain to a full roar and this sweatshirt is soft inside and out..I found myself absentmindedly stroking the arms, it was THAT soft. I need more colors. As a matter of fact, I am going to complete this review and choose another color! Oh, and the taupe is a true light taupe that matched the color on my phone very well. I can’t wait for the oppressive heat to release its demonic hold on the south and the cooler days of fall to come, so I can wear this with abandon!!

This is one of the most comfortable tops I've ever worn. The material is so very plush and soft that it reminds me (in feel anyway) of those velour shirts from the 1970's, but it is also designed so beautifully, and is tailored so well, that it is anything but a velour sweatshirt. The sculpted shoulder pleats are just gorgeous, and the scoop edge of the bottom perfectly flatters the hips. The top isn't quite tunic length, but it covers what is best covered and puffs the shoulders just enough to accent them without making you look like a football player. The sleeves are on the long side, but it is easy to turn them up or push them into fashionable folds. It isn't at all constricting. The washing instructions are nice and clear. I didn't find any drying instructions, but I went ahead and tumbled dry on low and it came out fine, if just a tad wrinkled. There was a slight change in tint after the wash -- a little more burgundy and a little less rust -- but it still looks great.
