Set up wasn't terrible just took awhile. Instructions are clear. It has a nice look and sturdy enough but not high end quality to last a lifetime. Lots of counter top space and the added modem shelf on the bottom can be use for other items if you just have a laptop! We really like this desk for my son. Very easy to assemble! Some parts ande us sweat a bit. It everything fit right in place at the end. The desk is very spacious, the drawers are bigger than I expected which is good for me.
