True to size. I am between XL and 1X in everything, and the XL looks really nice on me. Looks good but I’m top heavy and short. And the pleating on the chest it kept poking forward and looked very weird. Also the stitching by the pleating is already looking like it will get unraveled soon. Overall, shirt is very roomy, it’s not tight at all, but it’s not stretchy and looks dressy.
