    • Rich, Bright but Subtle. Best for making simple syrups!
Size: 5 Ounce (Pack of 1)
These seeds provide the richest aromatic lavender I have used. The taste is bright but subtle. I use this for a simple syrup and don't need to use a whole lot of it. I usually do 1 cup water and 1.5 cups of sugar and bring to a boil. Once boiling, I add seeds just to cover the top of the water. Boil for about 5 minutes on med to high heat and then let it simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes. The lavender in the simple syrup pops but not over-powering at all.
