I bought this in a medium and returned it for a large hoping it would be a better fit. I think the medium actually fit better. For reference, I am a size 36 D cup and the medium fit snug but not too snug. The large still fit okay but the arm holes seemed to hit weird. It is quite compressive and comfortable to wear. It is a thicker fabric. Im not too sure it would be breathable fabric. I bought this in 3 colors! Was a great value. Very comfortable, nice and thick do no need for a bra, it's sturdy and a great fit. The band does fit around the wider part of my rib cage so it's a little less flattering than bands that hand at an angle, but it's still a great shirt!
