First of all, there are several spots on this dress that have some sort of white substance and a deep crease in the area where you see the white substance almost looks like the material was burned or something I don’t know or just defective the way it was sewn! Also it does not look navy blue at all, it looks black. I’ve put it next to something black in my closet and it matches identically put it something next to a dark, navy blue and it does not look navy blue in the least way, but the worst part is these white Spots and creases in several spots on the top part of the dress, the bodice.
