I love this dress! It has pockets! Great length, flattering. Fabric is breathable, light and stretches a bit. Add a jean jacket or light jacket. Or put a white tee underneath. Very versatile wardrobe staple. I purchased in L (my regular size) and no issues with fit. Wear to the office, or casual dinner date. I plan to wear in Italy with a pair of walking tennis shoes or sandals. So many options. I got the sage/green (neutral color). Very happy with this purchase.

I'm 5ft 2ins/ 155lbs, and usually order large as I like my clothing to be lose. I ordered size L, and this dress fits me perfectly. For once, I don't need to shorten the hemline. It's a perfect ankle-length. The style is very basic, which means I have many different tops that can be worn over or under it. And so far, I'm pleased to discover that it does not attract cat fur, which is important because I have three cats.

This is a nice little dress for the price. The color depicted is accurate, it is soft, lightweight, and appears to be fairly well made. I will be returning it, however, as it just doesn't lay well over my DD's. I bought this dress because I saw it on my friend who is built much more like the model in the picture, and for whom the first seam falls just above the waist, as shown. On me, the first seam falls just at the bottom of my bust and this makes the tiers below fall in a most unflattering way. No doubt great for some, just not for me.

This dress is super soft and comfortable. It's an a-line fit, so it would look good on any body type. The color is like pictured and super vibrant. I ordered the fuchsia color. I like how it is a little longer but not a maxi. Perfect for spring and summer.

I have written in another review of the red Anrabess sleeved version how much I like this particular fabric. It feels more cottony and less synthetic than that used by competitors who make the same style dress. It’s very soft and doesn’t wrinkle. I got a M but at 5”7” 145 probably could have used a S. I removed the bottom ruffle, cut 9” off the skirt, then sewed the ruffle back in for a nice and cool just-below-the-knee look. Anrabess does make a shorter version of this dress but I wanted one just a couple of inches longer. This is a very versatile garment which can be easily dressed up or down with jewelry and shoes or sandals.

Pros: Fit was spot on, has pockets, lightweight Cons: ruffle looks terrible! it's very wide and my husband likened the dress on me to a vase because of the way it's cut. Unless you're super tall or like wearing a dress that makes you look like a vase or mermaid I would not purchase.

Admittedly I’m not a huge fan of shopping for clothes online. I like to touch, inspect, and try on garments in person before I buy them. It’s a Gen X thing, I guess. Our generation was raised in malls and stores. But every now and then I’m pleasantly surprised; this dress didn’t disappoint. In fact, I love it! I’m 5’6”, about 240 lbs., bra size 42 DD, and I bought size XL. Amazon’s recommendation was 2X, but I took a chance. The XL dress size fits me like a glove. It’s not too snug or too loose—just how I like my clothes to fit. I’ll have to wash it on cold water cycle and hang it to dry, but that’s how I wash most of my clothing really. They last longer. The fabric is not too transparent, and it feels nice and soft, not cheap. The pockets are a plus and the length of the dress is perfect for my height. I like this dress so much that I plan to buy a few more colors, and maybe the style with sleeves. The only 👎🏼 I could mention is the price point: $30. I think it would be priced more appropriately at $20. Maybe I’ll get lucky and find a price reduction. We’ll see.😉
