I am 5ft 6inches tall weighing 162 lbs. I bought the dress in XL as I usually do so I can always modify to suit the fit I want. A med/large would have worked just fine. This is a really nice looking, well made dress. I really want to buy a couple more in different colors (maybe in Large).. great buy!
