This overall is a very good dress, and it came exactly as pictured, which, of course is good. I needed a modest dress and this is definitely modest however, I do think that it is a little on the frumpy side. And this is what I am indifferent about. I’m a size small 5 foot two about 130 pounds and it is a good fit, it’s longer on me which I prefer over too short. The neckline ruffles were pretty, itchy, however I actually already planned to cut them, which I know is odd but I liked the dress just felt the ruffles were too much. I’m going to work on the fraying. I also didn’t like the sleeve ruffles, but these were very easy to tuck in. The tie at the waist definitely helps. Give it a little bit more shape it’s worth noting. There is also an elastic around the waist but it doesn’t exactly hit me where I would like and I think that is part of the frumpy problem. The neckline also sits a little heavy on the neck not exactly a choking feeling, but if you have sensory issues I can see that’s really bothering you over the course of a few hours. It makes me feel like Leanne and from the TV show servant if you know you know. I do think this would be a perfect funeral dress and I could see this for a formal wedding. However, I am wearing it for an Easter event, so I have to think about ways to brighten it up! Bright makeup fun jewelry and hair, fun shoes.

The most important part of this dress that I have to mention is the turtleneck doesn’t squeeze your neck so it doesn’t feel like you’re choking!! I’m terrible with turtlenecks and short necklaces because they make me feel claustrophobic but this dress was so cute that I decided to suffer through it, and to my surprise there was no suffering! I wore it for my bridal shower and got so many compliments. It’s very cute and flowy. I only wish the waist cinch was thicker to show off the waist a bit more but that is my only complaint. Will definitely be wearing this dress again!

I was told all day that this dress gave off Kate Middleton vibes. This dress was lovely and light. I wore it to my daughter’s birthday tea party. I continued to get compliments on the way it fit me, the color, and the ease of wear all day. The lining was in the correct place and the correct length.

It's a beautiful dress but the fit is a bit off. I'm a petite and the sleeves look really big on me. The top of it also shapes my upper body as being bigger than it is. Not a very flattering fit. Color and pattern are great.Returning it due to the fit.
